Refund Policy All camp registrations are subject to the following refund policy: Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the start of camp will receive a refund minus a 15% administrative fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of the camp start date are not eligible for a refund. Families may receive a full credit to their PHD account (valid for future camps, clinics, or programs) in lieu of a refund if requested prior to the start of camp. PHD Basketball reserves the right to cancel or adjust camp sessions due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or credit will be provided.
