Spring AAU
For over 16 years, PHD has been offering youth in Connecticut and New York the most complete AAU (Amateur Athletic Union) basketball experience - emphasizing player development, teamwork and leadership. Our programs are designed to help inspire self-confidence, athletic excellence, academic achievement and leadership - both on and off the court. We offer several teams per age group that are open to elite, travel, school and recreational players - participating in tournaments locally, regionally and for our elite teams, nationally.
